FAQs
-
How long is treatment?
This depends on your therapeutic goals and needs. The therapeutic modalities I utilize are oriented toward long-term care. I prioritize long-term care because the initial stage of therapy will be focused on building a strong therapeutic alliance and increasing your safety, stabilization, and regulation depending on your baseline state.

Do you accept insurance?
At Bridge Family Therapy we are not in-network with insurance and are a self-pay practice. However, we can provide super-bills and you can pay for your sessions through an FSA/HSA account.
-
How much are sessions?
My rate is our standard clinician rate at Bridge Family therapy, $130 per session.
However, if this is not accessible, I can provide our reduced rate form for you to fill out.

Is your office accessible?
I work specifically on our ground floor in order to serve clients who utilize mobility aids. Our main floor is ADA compliant and my therapy room is designed so that furniture can be adjusted to best support you.
Service and support dogs are also welcome.

Do you ever collaborate with other providers?
Whenever possible, I love to collaborate with other providers that are a part of your care team (i.e. primary care doctors, psychiatrists, teachers, occupational therapists, social workers, school counselors, etc.).
If this is something you are interested in off the bat, I can provide the proper Release of Information forms and I can establish the collaborative relationships in order to optimize your care, from the beginning. I am passionate about integrative care.

Do you do parent and child sessions?
Yes, if this is something the child is open to and it feels supportive for the client’s treatment plan. When working with youth, I work from a family systems approach; meaning that I recognize that strengthening the family system inherently strengths the child’s well-being.
Parent coaching is also an option while your child is working with me in individual therapy.
